Waikiki Beach Walk has unveiled a new, signature Hawaiian-Style Lomilomi Salmon omelet as part of its extensive daily complimentary breakfast for all guests.
Each morning the hotel's chefs cook up more than 1,500 omelets for guests who can choose from 10 ingredients to create thousands of individualized omelet combinations. Now, this new signature omelet offers an authentic taste of Hawaii to start the day.
The Hawaiian-Style Lomilomi Salmon omelet combines three fluffy eggs with the traditional Hawaiian side dish of Lomilomi Salmon - diced and salted salmon filet, onions and tomatoes.
"One of the cornerstones of the Embassy Suites brand is our complimentary, cooked-to-order breakfasts, so we are always looking for new ways to make breakfast the most enjoyable meal of the day," said Bob Yeoman, general manager of Embassy Suites - Waikiki Beach Walk. "Combining the traditional Hawaiian dish of Lomilomi Salmon with a traditional American breakfast favorite, the omelet, was a way for us to bring a taste of Hawaiian culture to our guests' experience."
Embassy Suites - Waikiki Beach Walk Hotel guests come down to the Grand Lanai each morning to choose from a selection of traditional breakfast items, fresh local fruits, and island favorites such as Portuguese sausage, rice, and an omelet cooked exactly how they want it. In addition to live island entertainment every other morning, guests are welcomed by the Grand Lanai's cool breeze and open-air terrace that looks out onto the hotel's beautiful pool and waterfall presenting the perfect start to a perfect day.
Located in the center of the bustling Waikiki Beach Walk, Oahu's newest entertainment destination, the Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach Walk continues to take the visitor experience to new heights with its variety of Hawaii-inspired services and amenities not offered at any other Embassy Suites property in the world. Upon arrival, guests experience a relaxing sit-down check-in process while enjoying a fresh, tropical beverage or mango mimosa. Guests are then presented with a complimentary CD compilation of contemporary Hawaiian music as a memento of their stay. Also, awaiting them in their suite is a Hawaiian story card placed on the pillow - each day a different one - to inform and educate guests about Hawaii's unique heritage.

About Waikiki Beach Walk®
Waikiki Beach Walk is the largest development project ever to be undertaken in Waikiki's history. The 7.9 acre area, bordered by Kalakaua Avenue, Lewers Street, Kalia Road, Beach Walk and Saratoga Road, has been completely rebuilt and has emerged as a vibrant showcase and gathering place in the new Waikiki. With a total construction cost of $535 million, it features an outdoor entertainment plaza, 41 new retailers, six great restaurants, and five hotels. Incorporating a design theme that celebrates Hawaii's voyaging and ocean heritage and takes advantage of the island's cooling trade winds and year-round excellent weather, Waikiki Beach Walk is the consummate expression of Hawaii today -- a place where people come to be enlivened with warm hospitality, a rich confluence of cultures, and nature's precious gifts from land and sea.
