Embassy Suites(R) Introductory Kamaaina Special

WAIKIKI, HONOLULU, HAWAII - (December 15, 2006) The newest arrival to Waikiki is the all-new, all-suite Embassy Suites®-Waikiki Beach WalkTM, located at the center of Outrigger's $535 million Waikiki Beach WalkTM Lewers Street revitalization project, the largest and most comprehensive redevelopment in Waikiki's history. The hotel opens on Monday, December 18, 2006, and Hawaii residents are invited to be among the first to experience this brand new resort with special kamaaina rates starting at just $199 a night throughout 2007.

When the highly anticipated Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach Walk opens its doors, it will become the brand's flagship property. The resort is owned and managed by Outrigger Enterprises Group, and is being operated as an Embassy Suites under a franchise agreement with Embassy Suites Hotels®.

"We want our fellow Hawaii residents to come experience our special brand of aloha at Embassy Suites," said Bob Yeoman, General Manager of Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach Walk. "With the opening of the resort and Waikiki Beach Walk, it's an exciting time to be in Waikiki. We hope Hawaii residents will take advantage of this great rate to experience all that Embassy has to offer."

The 21-story Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach Walk consists of two all-suite towers, the Hula Tower and the Aloha Tower, each featuring both one and two-bedroom suites - many with stunning ocean views. The hotel's Grand Lanai, which connects the two towers, boasts a spacious sundeck, swimming pool and waterfall, and features a covered terrace where guests can enjoy Embassy Suites' signature, complimentary, cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, an evening manager's reception,* serving both complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages with appetizers, and a daily, farewell ceremony sung by the staff for departing guests.

Guests will appreciate that each suite offers a separate living room, a flat panel LCD TV and telephone in each bedroom and living room, mini refrigerator, wet bar, microwave, coffee maker, a complimentary in-room safe, an MP3/CD player clock radio and a Hawaiian music compilation CD for guests to take home. In addition, the resort offers a complimentary 24-hour fitness center, a 24-hour business center, free daily newspaper, free local and domestic long distance phone calls** and high-speed Internet access for all guests.

When not on the beach or enjoying their suites, guests are situated in the heart of Waikiki's newest and most exciting shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, Waikiki Beach Walk, with 47 shops and restaurants opening over the next three months. This means that Embassy guests are just steps away from a wide selection of resort shops, boutiques, restaurants and a full schedule of cultural activities and musical events.

Room rates for the Embassy Suites-Waikiki Beach WalkTM start at $399 for a one-bedroom suite, and $549 for a two-bedroom suite. However, a limited special kamaaina rate of $199 for a one-bedroom suite is being offered to local residents throughout 2007 on a space available basis. Children under the age of 18 can stay for free. Reservations are now being accepted by calling 1-800-EMBASSY (362-2779). For additional information on the resort, log on at
