Whether you’re extending the out-of-office reply from the holidays just a bit longer or flying in for your first trip of 2020, what better way to ring in the new year—and a new decade—than in paradise?

With plenty of sun to spare here, we don’t blame you for wanting a little escape to Hawaii during the dead of winter. January is a lovely time to visit as the Christmas crowds start to pack their bags and head home, making Oahu feel less hectic for the rest of the month.

Just because New Year’s Day has passed, it doesn’t mean the celebration is over. At Waikiki Beach Walk®, we’ve kept the party going with an exciting calendar of monthly events, grand openings, and new seasonal releases from our shops and restaurants.

2020 also marks Yard House’s 23rd anniversary. To celebrate, the restaurant recently introduced a new tequila-inspired, agave-infused platinum IPA in partnership with Casa Noble Tequila, Magnolia Brewing and New Belgium Brewing. Named Noble Pursuit, this one-of-a-kind platinum IPA starts with aromas of tangerine and stone fruits, and softens to bring a subtle agave sweetness on the palate. The sweet, hoppy, and refreshing finish ends with a touch of lime and salt, just like a classic margarita.
